Upon making the reservation, the office told they would call ahead next week, they called 2 days before to confirm and texted they were on the way in the morning on the scheduled day.They arrived, measured and provided a quote, after we accepted they went right to it.When completed, they gave us instructions on what to do and even left some pet cleaning solution.Totally professional from the first communication to when they wrapped up and left. You cannot go wrong with Techniclean. We will call them for the next cleaning. Thank you guys.

Always top quality service with out question. This days is really hard to find service provider that lives up to there promise not the case with Elvis always on time and always above and beyond of what he promised . Service is superb,very clean and respectful . He may be on high end of pricing but in my experience always worth every cent and then some. I highly recommend this business for all your cleaning needs.

Elvis and his crew were fantastic! They came to our house before we moved in to deep clean the carpets and I can't tell you enough how wonderful everything looked and smelled! Great, great job. Months after, they came back as our basement had water damage and, once again, they did a fantastic job. They made sure everything was clean, dry and moisture free. Their response time was great and Elvis provided us with all the information needed to pass it to the insurance company. I HIGHLY recommend Techniclean services. Thank you Elvis and team!

Techniclean Cleaning & Restoration has again been outstanding with cleaning our carpet, it was exceptionally dirty as we just had our kitchen remodeled…the owner Elvis personally cleaned the carpet, along with Chase…we had everything off the floor but they moved much of it back in place, then put plastic or foam blocks under everything to protect the carpet and furniture…their timing, skill and personality was awesome…we’d highly recommend them to everyone including our family and friends… they deserve a 5-Star plus… thank you Techniclean Cleaning & Restoration!!!

Elvis, the technician, did outstanding work when our sump pump failed and we got water in our basement during the heavy rain. He truly saved the day for us! He is a true professional and is an extremely hard worker. Elvis came to our home within an hour as he had promised. He recommended and contacted a plumber who also came out within an hour. As the plumber replaced the sump pump, Elvis used powerful machines to suck up the water. Elvis then moved everything that was damaged from the water into the garage, bagged up items that had been contaminated by the water, and moved all of the furniture and items in the basement away from the walls and quickly placed everything that had not been damaged by water on higher surfaces. He worked until late in the evening so that everything was taken care of right away. Elvis and his assistant set up powerful fans and dehumidifiers that worked for several days and he continually came back to check on the basement; they also sanitized the basement. He provided us a flash-drive of all the images of the water and damaged items in the basement. Elvis' demeaner was also wonderful; he was upbeat and kind as he worked. He took care of everything and insisted that we enjoy our evening while he worked. We are very thankful for Elvis and Techniclean. We had never had water in our basement before and were very thankful for Elvis for making this experience such a positive one!

I had the pleasure of having the Techniclean folks (Elvis and Chase) clean carpets at my son’s home where I was visiting in early fall this year. Together my son and I have three dogs, and let’s just say that we needed someone GOOD for the job! I could not have been more pleased with the service at all levels. Scheduling an appointment was easy—all phone contacts were not only efficient but so very friendly. What sets Techniclean apart from other services is their knowledge base of, and their total commitment to, obtaining quality results. They called before they were to arrive and were on-the-button prompt. When they came to do the cleaning, they were very respectful of my son’s home and belongings. There is no crashing and dragging of the hose through the house—Chase makes sure that the hose is guided and controlled. Elvis, on the cleaning end of the hose, is a hard-working man the likes of which I’ve never seen!! The carpets were not in great condition generally when they came, but Elvis got spot cleaning done, but also made sure overall cleaning was blended and looked fresh overall. I was so VERY pleased. Then one dog had an accident and I had to call them back for a repeat spot clean! They not only got that out but went over previous problems areas, including another sweep of the stairs and landing. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Techniclean. The price was very reasonable, and the work top notch. Elvis is incredibly energetic and committed to doing an excellent job. He is personable and very easy to work with. Usually these big household jobs are unpleasant at best. Techniclean can make your day a good one, by leaving you with clean carpets, and knowing that you established a long term relationship with really great people. I will definitely use them again! Please give them a try—you will not be disappointed.

We’ve been using Techniclean for cleaning our floors at The UPS Store for over 5 years and have never been disappointed with their friendliness, attention to detail, flexibility, and quality! The work they do speaks for itself and you will not be disappointed! Being a The UPS Store location, we work long hours and Elvis always makes sure to fit us into our schedule (even if it’s late on a Saturday). He’s punctual if not early every time we have an appointment with them and is always a pleasant face to see! At our center we have 3 different types of flooring (tile, carpet, and a vinyl laminate) and Techniclean takes care of them all for us. After we have our floors cleaned, they look nearly new (which is difficult to do in the Chicagoland area). I’ve even had other store owners comment how the work area “looks like an ice rink” after we have Techniclean out (due to them looking so shiny). Techniclean is reasonable in price for the quality you get, and they always go the extra mile to make sure your floors are properly cared for! We would highly recommend Techniclean and their services to anyone looking for a flooring care company!

Without any hesitation I rate this company 5 stars. If more stars were available, I would rate them higher! I live in a condominium complex and we have used Techniclean for years. I would not hesitate to allow them in my home to do whatever work is mandated. They do our carpet cleaning, vent cleanings for our washers and dryers, and a number of other services. They are neat, clean and very efficient. I feel confident that the work was done properly :) The team they send out are the best! Thoughtful and Respectful !!!!

Elvis and his assistant were outstanding. Moved anything that needed to be moved and returned it to the exact spot. No dust or dirt from the ducts was on the furniture or floor. He even vacuumed the floor area where he worked. Explained everything to us and couldn't be nicer. Will definitely use him for other services he offers. Thanks Elvis for a very professional job.

The gentlemen that came were punctual, polite, very equipped with drying fans and everything needed. They did it in the order of the rooms that I requested. They were fast and tidy. The entire house looked wonderful! They gave me a bottle of spot remover and a cloth, all a bonus. They were worth every penny spent! I can't recommend them enough!!

I wanted to share pictures and feedback on what a wonderful job Elvis does. I've used him more than a dozen times over the past few years and its about time I wrote a review to sing his praises. Every time he comes he does a fantastic job! He moves all the furniture for me, places blocks underneath tables and chairs for the carpet to dry, and removes the toughest stains. He's removed wine stains, chocolate, and even stains from my dog scooting her behind on my carpet (pictures attached). Not to mention what a nice and personable guy he is in general. Techniclean, give this man a raise! Thank you again, Elvis, for all your years of hard work. I appreciate you!
